Vibration Meter IRD306DP measures Vibration Velocity in mm/sec RMS and Vibration Displacement in microns pk-pk. While every care is taken to manufacture it to best possible standards of workmanship - there could be a rare situation wherein IRD306DP could fail to perform its functions during its warranty period. But we are here to support in the event of a warranty claim.
Since we sell to end users directly as well as through distributors - we keep a track of warranty of IRD306DP using its Serial Number. The warranty offered to Distributors is also passed on to End Users. The Serial Number of the instrument is tracked in our ERP Software and the Serial Number leads to the Sales Invoice and the agreed Warranty terms and conditions - that shall be honoured by us.
