How do we perform Pre-Dispatch Inspection of IRD306DP?
IRD306DP is our Digital Vibration Meter that measures Vibration Velocity in mm/sec RMS and Vibration Displacement in microns pk-pk. Prior to its dispatch - a typical kit of IRD306DP undergoes the following checks as part of Pre-Dispatch inspection. These checks are recorded in its test report provided along with the kit:
- 5 Point Calibration check of Sensor IRD531 along with Nominal Sensitivity check
- 5 Point Calibration check of Meter IRD306DP along with its sensor IRD531 in both Velocity as well as Displacement modes
- Visual, Dimensional and Functional Checks of Standard Accessories like Cables, Magnet, Stinger and others provided in the kit
