What is the Expected Voltage between Terminals 4 and 5 (4-20 mA output) for each channel for IRD7100 MPT

What is the Expected Voltage between Terminals 4 and 5 (4-20 mA output) for each channel for IRD7100 MPT

IRD7100 Series Machinery Protection Transmitters (MPT) are Wall Mountable Transmitters that come in an IP65 rated enclosure. These Transmitters are able to monitor parameters such as Vibration, Temperature, Speed and more and transmit the levels to Control Room in the form of 4-20 mA output. These Transmitters also offer Protection to monitored machine with the help of set point configurable alarm and trip relays.

To ensure your IRD7100 MPT is healthy and transmitting 4-20 mA DC to Control Room properly - you can check the healthiness of 4-20 mA output of each channel by checking the voltage difference between Terminals 4 and 5 (applicable to both channels)
The Voltage difference between Terminals 4 and 5 (4-20 mA terminals) should be 13 to 15 Volts DC to categorise 4-20 mA terminals as healthy
