Performing Write Options on MODBUS Registers remotely on M88200 Modules
IRD8800 Series API670 Compliant Machinery Protection System (MPS) module M88200 is meant for Casing Vibration Measurement. It is a fully programmable module for aspects such as Sensitivity, Full Scale, Measuring Units, Alarm and Trip Set points, Delays, etc. While the programming can be done via the front keypad of the module - M88200 also offers the flexibility of changing settings remotely via a Workstation or Laptop using its MODBUS Output
Remote Writing of MODBUS Registers is supported on M88200 Modules running Firmware Version V-1.1.7, 26/05/2016 (Microchip Controller) and not on M88200 Modules running Firmware Version V-1.1.5, 1/10/10 (Cypress Controller)
