Yes, IRD7100 can do Speed Monitoring using Laser Tachometer as Input Sensor. Please specify at time of ordering. The Target surface will need reflective paint or reflective tape patch to help the Laser sense rotation and pass on info to IRD7100 for computation of Speed.
