Calibration Check Table for IRD8800 Series Module M88210
Pre-requisites
If you wish to check the Calibration of IRD8800 Series Module M88210, then you would need the following tools:
- A Signal Generator with the capability to generate a Sine Wave of a fixed frequency and fixed amplitude and an accuracy of +/-1% or better
 - A Multimeter/Ammeter to check the 4-20 mA DC output of the Module and an accuracy of +/-1% or better
 - A Rack of IRD8800 Series
 - M88210 Module of IRD8800 Series

Calibration Process
The Input of the Signal Generator is connected to Terminals 1 & 2 of Channel A and Terminals 25 & 26 of Channel B. The 4-20 mA DC output is read by connecting Ammeter/Multimeter to Terminals 5 & 6 of Channel A and Terminals 29 & 30 of Channel B. The Table to be followed for checking calibration is:
Sensitivity: 8 mV/um; Full Scale: 250 microns (um) pk-pk
Input Frequency from Signal Generator (Hz)
   | Input Amplitude from Signal Generator (mV AC RMS)
   | Expected Display microns (um) pk-pk for both Channels
   | Expected 4-20 mA
