IRD306DI is a Portable Digital Vibration Meter. It is meant for Vibration Measurement of Large Machinery. It is manufactured by IRD Mechanalysis Limited in Maharashtra in India. It boasts the following features:
It works with Sensor IRD544 which is an inductive type velocity output sensor. The Sensor provides an input of 42.52 mV/mm/sec to the meter
It is supplied with a cable which has TNC connector at meter end and 2 Pin MS connector at Sensor end. The cable is of 1.2 meters in length and is rubber insulated and shielded
The meter features a kick stand for convenience and also has the provision to be mounted on the wall for storage.
The meter works on 2 Numbers of 9V Batteries which snap on in the battery compartment via Battery Snappers
The meter has a 3 1/2 Digit LCD Display which provides LOBAT (Low Battery) indication along with Vibration Amplitude Readout
IRD306DI reads Vibration Velocity in mm/sec RMS and Vibration Displacement in microns peak-peak. There is a membrane keypad to select between the two reading modes along with LED indication of the mode selected.
The meter can read a maximum of 200 mm/sec RMS and a maximum of 2000 microns peak-peak
The meter is supplied with spare cable, stinger and magnet for catering to different mounting applications.
